Meet
I am a licensed mental health clinician, counselor educator, career development strategist, author, and founder of Verity & Vision.
With more than 30 years of experience in counseling, higher education, leadership, trauma-informed practice, and career development. I bring a rare blend of clinical insight, academic depth, and practical strategy to the work of helping women navigate meaningful life and career decisions.
My work focuses on women in midlife who are ready to move from external achievement into deeper alignment, purpose, and significance. My practice is grounded in adult development, career theory, identity work, and emotional resilience. I enjoy helping women understand the internal shifts that often accompany major transitions.
I am the author of Beyond the First Act: Reclaiming Purpose and Direction in Midlife, a research-informed book that explores identity, spirituality, emotional well-being, career reinvention, and purposeful renewal across adulthood. I am delighted to get to know you and help explore new opportunities and purpose.
